Can I choose which apps I want?
Yes, You can. Yavvy offers you the flexibility to choose only the apps that you need.
That means you can just operate ERP and not CRM or select CRM with HR and not ERP.
Your admin panel lets you select which all applications do you want to activate.
For those of you, who want all the apps, we have a combo plan to give you the maximum bang for your buck!
Do you have any discounts if I pay annually?
Yes we do! If you pick up an annual plan, you only pay for 10 months and get 2 months free.
Do you have volume discounts?
We looked at the market, checked our numbers and believe we are extremely competitive on our pricing.
However, contact us if you have more than 50 users and we'd be happy to work out a pricing model
that may work for you.
Do you have any plans which doesn’t charge on a per user basis?
As of right now we don’t.
We wanted it to be easy for you to know & budget what you would be paying to
us. Since you know the number of people in your sales team and your ops team, its simple math.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, Yavvy is a month on month, pay as you go service. There are no long term
contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you
cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
How does the 30 days trial period work?
We do not ask you for any credit card at the time of signup. Until the end of 30
days from the day of signup, you will have the option to pay and upgrade to any
of our paid plans.
At the expiry of 30 days, if you haven’t upgraded to a paid plan, you would be
reverted back to our single user free plan. All additional users except for the first
one would be disabled. However once you pick up a paid subscription, the users
would be re-enabled. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Unpaid accounts which do not see any activity (user login) for more than 3
months may be purged at our discretion. This is done to de-clutter our resources
and ensure that our paid users get the best performance.
What forms of payments do you accept?
At this point we are collecting all payments through offline channels only. We will support
payments through credit cards, internet banking and other online payment channels shortly.
We wanted to release that once we reach certain transaction volumes. Subsequent to payment
gateway enabling you would be able to pay using any major credit card. We continue to add
additional payment options. Please contact us
